On your wedding day, celebrate your past as well as your future. Romantic and retro, this bridal array pays homage to the delicate nature of love and combines all the best from the past to create an incredible future.
This Mikaella satin and organza tiered scallop gown with a chapel train features a bâteau neckline and crystal-beaded straps and belt and is available at Clara Couture. The full-length veil finished with corded French lace is available from Something Blue. The sterling-silver cuff by Aurelie Bidermann is exclusively at Misch Boutique.
Sophia wears an Alfred Angelo grey strapless lace gown with boat-neck gauze overlay. All her jewellery and accessories are by Davie & Chiyo: “Petite Celeste” belt (worn as a choker) featuring an ornate rhinestone crest with a single pearl on either side, finished with soft satin ribbon elastic; “Isolde” headband with intertwining rows of dainty rhinestones finished with a choice of combs or satin ribbon; and “Cassiopeia” and “Ilse” hair wreaths (worn as bracelets) showcasing a constellation of glass beads and ivory pearls strung along a golden wire.
Karen wears an Alfred Angelo grey gown with Alençon lace straps and hem detail paired with an Alfred Angelo beaded floral appliqué sash. She wears an Elsa Corsi “Tiffany” bracelet with silk and clear Swarovski crystal, a “B” bracelet with clear teardrop and marquis crystals, and “Joyce” Swarovski crystal marquis necklace, all available at Jeweliette. The “Dione” crystal headband is by Davie & Chiyo, featuring drops of dewy crystalline stones.
Karen wears “The Amelie” gown by Catherine Deane with lace and tulle overlay and detailed flower beading at shoulders and waist, available at Bisou Bridal. The white flower pearl and crystal bracelet and Behr Cosmos Bandeaux headband are both available at Bisou Bridal. The ring is by Jeweliette, a stunning stack of sterling-silver pavé.
Sophia wears an A-line lace dress, available at Isabelle’s Bridal, paired with an Alfred Angelo capelet, also at Isabelle’s Bridal. The Davie & Chiyo “Libra” sash is a romantic bridal belt inspired by Elizabethan-era decadence. The Elsa Corsi Swarovski crystal shoulder jewellery is a showstopper, as is the Elsa Corsi marquis crystal cocktail ring (shown on middle finger), both available at Jeweliette. The Davie & Chiyo “Dione” headband features drops of dewy crystalline stones.
This Mikaella satin bolero jacket and Athena chiffon goddess-style gown are both from Isabelle’s Bridal. The Kenneth Jay Lane cubic zirconium clip-on earrings and circle necklace and Elsa Corsi Swarovski crystal with golden shadow cuff are all from Jewliette. The “Asteria” sash with rhinestone and glass bead medallions is by Davie & Chiyo. The mix of roses and dahlias on a platter bouquet-holder, designed for the playful bride, is by Dushan Flowers.
Karen wears the Claire Pettibone Romantique “Winona” gown, with an elaborate scalloped edge, cameo floral lace bodice and striped lace skirt, available at Frocks. The gown comes with a jewelled belt that can be worn alone, or double-tied to the detachable black (also available in cream) tulle train. The simple DIY hydrangea bouquet is designed by Dushan Flowers.
Sophia wears Something Blue’s “Lovely” gown, featuring French Chantilly lace and French silk tulle with a nude silk georgette slip, both available at Something Blue. The Bridal Classics pearl and crystal ring with coordinating pearl and crystal bracelet and the rhinestone sash (worn as a choker) are all available at Clara Couture. The romantic garden bouquet featuring a single air plant is organically arranged with blushing bride flowers and exotic orchids by Dushan Flowers.
