In a busy calendar full of wedding shows, there’s always one we especially look forward to each fall: the Crème de la Crème Grand Wedding Showcase. Produced by the gifted event professionals at Vancouver’s CountDown Events, this annual wedding show fills the ballroom at the Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver with table after table of dreamy inspiration.

This week we were treated to a sneak peek of this year’s show, coming up on Sunday, November 8. And it’s shaping up to be another beauty – an experience that’s worlds apart from the traditional trade-show style of wedding show.

Always worth catching is the spectacular fashion show, featuring haute couture from local designer Cachè Couture Atelier and Vancouver boutique Bisou Bridal. Cachè Couture Atelier will be showcasing its handcrafted custom designs as well as Pronovias bridal and evening wear collections, while Bisou Bridal will feature gowns from such coveted designers as Monique Lhuillier, Ines di Santo, Jenny Packham and Romona Keveza.

You’ll also get a chance to chat with some of the city’s top wedding vendors (the crème de la crème, naturally), all hand selected for their passion and style, whether you’re in search of the perfect florist, photographer or caterer.

Tickets are $35 online or $50 at the door, but we suggest purchasing yours early, as admission to this exclusive event is limited. Your ticket includes the fashion show, delicious tastings, full-scale pampering, and a gift bag loaded with goodies.

And be sure to stop by our Real Weddings table at Crème de la Crème, where we’ll be sharing complimentary copies of our brand-new Fall/Winter issue. See you there!
