Planning a green wedding? We think you'll find plenty of inspiration in this eco-friendly styled photo shoot from Vancouver's Olla Urban Flower Project. Littered with antique furniture and tea cups, the naturally lit Olla Flowers loft studio sets the scene for this vintage-themed session focused on local and sustainable items. The bouquets by Olla's Megan Branson consist of tulips, air plants, hellebores, succulents and safari sunset — all locally grown. (Featuring succulents and air plants in your bridal bouquet is a great way to keep a memento of your wedding in your home afterwards.) North Vancouver designer Patty Nayel of Pure Magnolia created the two gowns here, using solely sustainable fabrics. Her nod to the graceful styles of Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn fits the feel of the shoot perfectly. And we love the idea of going tea-length — what better way to showcase those fabulous shoes? Finally, jewellery by Leah Alexandra adds the perfect adornment to the vintage look. Worn by the likes of Jessica Alba and Reese Witherspoon, the designer's pieces are handmade in Vancouver, just a stone’s throw from the beach.
