Skip old standards like Baileys Irish Cream and give your cocktail-loving friends a taste of something different. Amarula Cream is made from the African marula fruit, blended with fresh cream to produce velvety flavours of chocolate, mocha, vanilla, caramel and butterscotch. Try it in an Amarula Martini! In a cocktail shaker, add 1 oz. Amarula Cream, 1/2 oz. gin, 2-3 dashes bitters and a few ice cubes. Mix well, pour into a martini glass and garnish with fresh raspberries or a twist of lemon zest.
