From fur chair covers to copper Moscow mule mugs for hot chocolate (with whipped cream of course) to bold jewel tones in the table runner and napkins, this wintry shoot captured a dreamy and romantic mood. “I wanted to encompass all of the things I love about winter,” says Valerie, co-owner of Pretty Things Rentals in Langley.
Valerie paired a georgette fabric table runner in a rich burgundy with deep navy textured napkins and smoked glassware. The rest of the table was designed with a light palette of pale grey linens, marble chargers and white plateware and tapered candles. Hints of copper played across the table with the candleholders, detailing in flatware and plateware and Moscow mule mugs.
“We were inspired by the beauty of the forest and the snow, so for florals we simply added some evergreen sprigs to the place settings,” says Valerie.
